This project created several challenges due to it's oval shape and the fact that the whole restaurant was free standing with no exterior walls for support. The entire restaurant was manufactured in our workshop then assembled in a warehouse in Derry. It was then taken apart, numbered and transported to Dublin where it was reassembled in Dublin Airport in less than 3 days.
